(dtd 12-10-2012) Regarding Financial Assistant to the 145 nos. of Venture Colleges of Assam for the year 2012-13.  Principals of the 145 nos. of Venture Colleges of Assam colleges (list enclosed) are requested to attend the office of the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 on 17^th October, 2012 alongwith their office seal & stamp, revenue stamp for receiving the Demand Draft / Banker Cheque for Financial Assistance for the year 2012-13.

2. Form 01 (i) - For the Head of the Institution/Principal & Vice Principal of Educational Institutions of Assam.
3. Form 01 (ii) - For Lecturers/Librarians who have completed 3 years or more in the Selection Grade scale of pay on 01.01.06.
4. Form 01 (iii) - For Lecturers/Librarians who have been placed in the Selection Grade scale of pay on or before 01.01.06 but not completing 3 years in the Selection Grade on 01.01.06.
5. Form 01 (iv) - For Lecturers/librarians who have been placed in the Selection Grade scale of pay after 01.01.06 but prior to 31.12.2008.
6. Form 01 (v) - For Lecturers/librarians who have been placed in the Senior Scale of Pay on or before 01.01.06.
7. Form 01 (vi) - For Lecturers/librarians who have been placed in the Senior Scale of Pay after 01.01.06 but before 31.12.08.
8. Form 01 (vii) - For Lecturers/librarians who have joined service before 01.01.06 and have not attained the Senior Scale of Pay prior to 31.12.08.
9. Form 01 (viii) - For Lecturers/librarians who have joined service on or after 01.01.06.

To improve ban on sale of cigarettes and any other tobacco products

(dtd.11-09-2012) SUBMISSION OF BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THE YEAR 2013-14 The Registrar, Gauhati University / Dibrugarh University / K.K. Handique State Open University / Bodoland University / Cotton College State University / Kumar Bhaskar Barman Sanskrit University and all Principal of Govt. and Provincialised College of Assam is reqeusted to submit the BUDGET ESTIMATES for 2013-14 (both hard and soft copy) as per revised "L" FORM on 17th September,2012 without fail.  (for D.H.E.'s letter  / FORM-L  / SUMMARY OF BUDGET 2013-2014)

 (dtd.11-09-2012) REGARDING PUNCHING MACHINE : All Principals of Provincialised Colleges of Assam are requested to submit a report to the this Directorate, the name of the lecturers who have not used Punching machine since 06-09-2012 onwards. Further, you are also requested to furnish your views regarding introducing of the punching machine for recording attendance of the teachers community within 2(two) days (latest by 13^th September, 2012) positively. (dtd.01-09-2012) The Principals of colleges as per list enclosed at Annexure “I” and “II” are requested to attend the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 (Planning Branch) on  4^th  or 5^th September, 2012  for assessment of implementation of schemes undertaken and the fund released   thereon for the year 2011-12 without fail  alongwith their pad & seal and relevant documents related to grants received for 2011-12, etc . (dtd.31-08-2012) The Principal, 1) Bilasipara College, 2) P.B. College, Gauripur, 3) Hatidhura College, 4) Kokrajhar Govt. College, 5) Kokrajhar Commerce College, 6) Basugaon College are hereby instructed to submit the Plan & Estimate of the materials / alternate arrangement to be made for the classes within the college campus or outside the college campus in connection with Relief Camps in your college for which your regular classes have been hampered within 1st September,2012 positively.
